For deliveries to Level 2 and above due to reasons such as no direct lift access & not able to fit into the lift, customer needs to pay an additional surcharge of $15 per item per floor to the delivery team directly. For deliveries to private properties, i.e. condominiums, please ensure regulations are checked and proper paperwork is completed. In the event of requiring the delivery team to install the lift protection pad, an additional $30 surcharge applies.
