1. 🚫 No Refunds

All payments made to iHomes Furnishing Pte Ltd via Mattresseller.com are non-refundable. This includes:

Payments for confirmed orders
Deposits or prepayments
Delivery or handling fees

Once a transaction is completed, the funds are considered final and will not be returned under any circumstances.

2. ✅ Order Accuracy & Confirmation

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before confirming payment. Please ensure:

Product specifications (size, type, quantity) are correct
Delivery address and contact information are accurate

If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, contact us at ihomesfurnishing@gmail.com within 24 hours. While we will do our best to assist, changes are not guaranteed.

3. 📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue
